Family Promise at the Alhambra
Before there was “Hamilton,” there was “1776.” This musical look at history is based on the drafting and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. John Adams teams up with Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson to battle those in Congress opposing the movement to separate from England. Don’t miss this funny, insightful and rollicking story of our country’s creation.
The show on Sunday, Nov. 4 benefits Family Promise of Jacksonville. The show starts at 2 p.m., doors open at noon with the meal being served from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. You can sign up and get more information on our Eventbrite page.
Purchase your ticket from Family Promise or a board member and help support homeless families with children. The ticket price of $60 includes the meal, non-alcoholic beverages, tax, gratuities and a donation to Family Promise. Ticket sales end Oct. 22.
